Overview

Surveys lets you create post-purchase and on-site surveys to gather direct customer feedback. Ask customers how they discovered your brand, what influenced their purchase, and what their experience was like — all captured through the Adverfly pixel.

How It Works

Surveys are embedded on your website via the Adverfly pixel (v2). When triggered, they display as a non-intrusive widget. Responses are captured as pixel events and stored alongside your marketing data, enabling correlation with acquisition channels and campaign performance.

Getting Started

  1. Open Surveys from the sidebar
  2. Create a new survey with your questions
  3. Configure trigger conditions (post-purchase, on-page, etc.)
  4. The survey automatically deploys via your Adverfly pixel
  5. Monitor responses in the analytics dashboard
