Overview

Segments lets you create rule-based customer groups based on behavior, purchase history, demographics, and engagement patterns. Use segments to understand your audience and tailor your marketing strategy.

How It Works

The segment builder lets you define rules based on available dimensions from your pixel tracking data. All rules are combined with AND logic — a customer must match every rule. Membership is computed on-the-fly against your customer base.

  • High-Value Customers: Identify customers with AOV above a threshold for VIP treatment
  • At-Risk Customers: Find customers who haven't purchased in 60+ days for re-engagement campaigns

Getting Started

  1. Open Segments from the sidebar
  2. Click "Create Segment" to open the rule builder
  3. Add conditions using available dimensions
  4. Save your segment and monitor membership over time
