Overview

Automations gives you a complete overview of all system schedules, background tasks, and agent automations in your workspace. Toggle tasks on or off, configure schedules, and trigger manual runs.

These tasks can be toggled, scheduled, and manually triggered:

Background System Tasks

These tasks run automatically and are view-only:

  • Data Sync: API extraction, asset extraction, event dispatch, backfill
  • Context Data: Weather, Google Trends, News & Events, Calendar events, Macro economics

Agent Automations

Configure AI agents to run on a daily schedule with custom system prompts. Each agent can be individually toggled and assigned a specific execution time.

AI & Background Settings

Additional automation toggles are available in Workspace Settings > AI:

  • Auto-Label Creatives (every 15 min)
  • Auto-Generate Marketing Angles (every 15 min)
  • Daily Recommendations (daily at 08:00)
  • AI Categories (every 3 hours)
  • Event Dispatch (always on)
  • MMM Data Export (daily at 05:00)

Getting Started

  1. Open Automations from the sidebar
  2. Review the list of configurable schedules and their status
  3. Toggle tasks on or off as needed
  4. Use manual triggers for on-demand execution
